Topflight Hockey
We are proud to introduce fantastic new Hockey Train & Play programmes to Irish schools. We have organised special clinics in Hockey’s ‘top two’, Holland & Argentina where each coach works with the players to help nurture youngsters’ talents and further advance skills such as balance, speed and attitude. Regular matches will be pre-arranged against local sides of similar age and standard. If in Argentina, you may also consider participating in Uruguay’s top youth hockey tournament which takes place each October.

In 1997, Sergio Vigil, a former player for the men's national team, was appointed coach. Under his leadership, Las Leonas achieved their first World Hockey Cup title, their first Olympic medals, their first Champions Trophy medals, and many other achievements.
